You can choose to accept or decline any assignment to anonymously visit or call a client business and complete an accompanying survey. You could also be asked to voluntarily participate in an on-line poll (via our ServiceSurveys.com program).

To best match our clients’ customer profiles for this research, we need to find out certain things about you. All information is confidential and will be used for statistical analysis only.
